The Ibley Displayport dummy plug works as a Displayport monitor emulator. You can easily connect the Displayport dummy plug by plugging it into the Displayport of your device. The device then thinks a 4K screen is connected. Furthermore, your system also assumes a high-resolution monitor is connected, which allows programs such as Remote Desktop, Teamviewer, RealVNC, etc., to work at a higher resolution without any issues. It is also possible to use lower resolutions such as 1080P at 120Hz. You can simply set this via your device's operating system. If your system will not start without a monitor, you can use this Displayport dummy plug to boot your system nonetheless.
